  • Your data is yours. Pincites does not use your documents or prompts to train AI models.

  • Verified outputs. All outputs are verified. Every citation in Pincites is cross-checked for accuracy against the underlying source.

How We Handle Your Information

Documents

  • You control sharing. Pincites does not automatically ingest your documents. Content stays in your environment unless you explicitly choose to share or save it (e.g., saving redlines/precedents to your org’s knowledge base or submitting feedback). The product always prompts you before anything is shared.
  • Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest and in transit, and are scoped only to your organization.

Chats

  • Composer sessions are not persistent. Your negotiation history is not stored or reused.
  • Prompts are processed in real-time through AI providers under ZDR agreements.

Knowledgebase

  • Playbooks, knowledgebase items, and precedent are managed within your organization’s private workspace.
  • Any precedent is saved only if you explicitly add it to your knowledge base.

Access & Permissions

  • Users authenticate through Microsoft 365 SSO with optional MFA.
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) and audit logs let admins decide who can invite users and who can create or edit playbooks and knowledge assets.

AI Provider Safeguards

Pincites partners with top-tier AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). We enforce:
  • Zero Data Retention contracts: no training, no storage, no reuse of prompts or documents
  • Strict provider-level controls ensuring data is processed once and discarded
  • No third-party sharing or secondary use of your data

Is my data confidential? Does anything I enter get out to the web?
Yes, your data is confidential. Content remains in your environment unless you choose to share it. Chats in Composer are not persistent, so your negotiation history won’t resurface later. Pincites never sees your documents unless you explicitly share them (e.g. by saving redlines or submitting feedback). How does Pincites handle retention of customer data?
All data is scoped to your organization only and governed by strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements. Nothing you enter is used for training AI models, stored beyond the session, or shared outside your org. Does Pincites or its AI providers train on my data?
