Service Improvement

We use data in two limited ways:
  • Explicit Feedback Only
    Feedback you give (e.g. thumbs up/down) may be reviewed by our engineering team to improve accuracy or catch bugs.
  • Anonymized Analytics
    De-identified, aggregate usage data may be used to improve system performance and reliability. No clause content or user-submitted text is included.
No data is ever shared with external models or third-party systems beyond our core infrastructure.

We offer a detailed Data Processing Agreement that outlines:
