We’ve established Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements with leading AI providers like OpenAI and Anthropic to ensure enterprise-grade data privacy.

What ZDR Means

Zero Data Retention means that when your data is sent to an LLM provider, it is processed in real-time and immediately discarded—never logged, saved, or used to train models.
Your data is not stored, cached, or retained by the AI provider. It is used once for inference and then permanently discarded.
ZDR requires contractual commitments from providers to disable logging and training for all API traffic. It also typically involves:
  • Dedicated, enterprise-grade API environments
  • Isolation from systems used for model improvement or telemetry
  • Legal guarantees in data processing agreements (DPAs)
This ensures your data never enters a persistent storage layer or provider logs.

Why It Matters

Stronger Security

No persistent storage means dramatically reduced risk of data leakage, even in the event of provider compromise.

Regulatory Compliance

Meets strict privacy requirements under GDPR, CCPA, and other frameworks by ensuring data minimization and purpose limitation.

Transparent Governance

ZDR provides clear, auditable controls around provider data handling—no retention, no ambiguity.
We’re committed to privacy-first AI and continue to partner with providers to push the boundaries of secure, compliant, and responsible LLM usage.
