How It Works
Press Cmd+L (Mac) or Ctrl+L (Windows) from anywhere in the web app to toggle webchat. The panel opens on the right side of your screen. Drag the left edge to resize it. To start a new conversation, click the edit icon in the header. To close the panel, click the dismiss icon or use the keyboard shortcut again.Uploading Files
Attach documents directly to your conversations for analysis. Click the paperclip icon or drag and drop files into the chat. Uploaded files are available for the duration of your chat session and are not added to your Knowledge Base. Example:What You Can Do

- Be specific about your role: “as the vendor” or “as the customer” helps webchat tailor suggestions
- Reference your playbook: “based on our SaaS playbook” pulls in your configured rules
- Chain requests: build on previous answers within the same session for deeper analysis
- Copy responses with a single click using the copy button on any AI message
- Use keyboard shortcuts: press Cmd+L (or Ctrl+L) to quickly toggle webchat without reaching for the mouse
