Admin user signs in
Set up MFA.
Click Set Up MFA. You will receive an email sent to the email address you entered with a confirmation code. Copy the confirmation code from your email, enter it in the sign in page, and click Verify..jpeg?fit=max&auto=format&n=r8lAW0fcP72qAsxg&q=85&s=87627072faa7cb46e01323f450e70c3d)
Set up at least one additional verification method using either an authenticator app or text message (SMS). Click Set Up next to the desired method. Learn more about MFA setup.

Admin invites other users
Navigate to the Users section.
Click the Users section in the left side menu (https://app.pincites.com/users). This section is where you’ll manage your users and their roles.

Set the default role for new users.
All invited users will have this role when they are invited. Once they’ve been added, users’ roles can be edited in this Users section.We recommend choosing Contract review or Viewer as the default role, rather than Admin. Admins users will be able to invite and manage other users as well as create playbooks and checks. Read more about roles.

Click Invite user in the top right corner and then select Go to Filevine.


Non-admin users sign in
After you’ve invited other team members:- Users with the Admin role will be able to log in to app.pincites.com, where they can create checks and playbooks.
- All users must install the LOIS for Word add-in in Microsoft Word.
